select address from Google Maps – Quick Admin Panel

We just launched a new field type called “location”, which allows you to store addresses and their latitude/longitude with the help of the Google Maps API.

Here’s how it works – you simply select the field type from the dropdown:

And then you have a visual text field that looks like this:

Once you select an address, it adds the selector to the map and also saves the latitude/longitude into the database.

SQL database looks like this:

Don’t forget to fill it in GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY in you .env file after downloading!
